Tiscon Readybuild

Cut & Bend Rebars: Customizing rebars in various shapes by cutting and bending them at required angles, as per project specification.

Couplers: A coupler is a hollow mechanical member, used to join two rebars. Both ends of the rebars and the inner surface of the coupler are threaded to help screw in the rebars. Traditionally, rebars are tied together with a wire resulting in lapping wastage.

Centralised BBS Service: Tiscon Readybuild also offers services in developing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for customers based on their structural drawings.

This has proven to be a much faster and effective means of reinforcement solution, which also saves material and labour costs by avoiding procurement of raw material and lapping procedures.
